Q: What flavour cookies do you offer?

A: Each cookie is a delectable warm vanilla bean paste flavour, complemented with a vanilla topping of royal icing. We are currently taking the time to trial new flavours. Only once we achieve the most delicious flavours will they be available for purchase.

Q: Do you cater to specific allergens / dietary requirements?

A: We regretfully are unable to cater to any specific allergens / dietary requirements at this time.

Should you have any questions regarding ingredients, we would urge you to make contact with us so we can assist with further information regarding the ingredients, and if you are not sure please assume not suitable.

Cookie Ingredients:
Plain Flour, Sugar, Butter, Vanilla Bean Paste

Royal Icing:
Meringue Powder (egg whites), Icing Sugar, Gel Food Colourings (various)

We also handle nuts in our kitchen and therefore cannot accommodate nut allergies.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are based in Manchester, United Kingdom. But don’t worry, all our cookies are suitable for postal orders! We are more than happy to post our cookies anywhere on the UK Mainland!

Q: How far in advance should I place my order?

A: Please get in touch as soon as your date and location are confirmed. We’re happy to work with you to perfect the timing of your order, but availability and time are of the essence.

You’ll notice that there are some instances where we will be closed for custom orders, but it’s never for too long. The best way to keep updated on our availability is via our website and social media pages. You are always welcome to drop us a note too!

Q: How long will my treats remain fresh?

A: Your cookies are heat-sealed as soon as the icing has dried to ensure you enjoy that ‘fresh out the oven’ taste! They will remain fresh for at least 1 month from the date of delivery if kept in their original packaging, at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

Q: Do I have to have a design in mind first before contacting you?

A: Not at all! Your input and inspiration is valued but my most special work is created when I’ve been given full creative freedom.

Please note that we do not offer character cookies due to copyright laws.

Q: What happens if cookies in my order arrive broken?

A: Great care is taken to ensure your cookies are packaged tightly to minimise movement in transit. Each package includes multiple layers of protective packaging (i.e., bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tissue paper). In the event of any breakage, The Wee Cookie Co. is not responsible for any damages made by the postal service.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans may change, now more than ever. If you need to cancel an order (including due to a Covid-related situation), we require a minimum of 21 days notice and you will receive credit towards another future order, allowing for one date change, providing your order has not commenced and there is availability for the new date.
