Delivery Methods
We despatch all items via Royal Mail using Tracked 24, Tracked 48, or Special Delivery to anywhere within the UK Mainland. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by Royal Mail.
Once an item has been despatched, we are no longer responsible.
Specific Delivery Dates
Unfortunately we don’t offer specific delivery dates.
Please contact us directly if you’d like a specific delivery date and we’ll work with our production planners to ensure we achieve as close to the required date as possible.
Delivery Rates
Delivery rates and handling charges apply to each address where an order is despatched to, based on the current published Royal Mail rates. Delivery costs will be automatically calculated when making your purchase.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order despatches, you’ll receive an email stating your unique Royal Mail tracking number.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns due to the nature of our custom products. We do not refund for packages lost in transit or that arrive late. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. Delivery will be attempted to the address and postcode as you enter it and we will not be responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address. This does not affect your statutory rights
